Sometime back there was a read file on this.

You don’t even need to do the turn on and off. Just turn it on like normal (wait for the yellow block on the %), then turn it on. No issues.

What happened is the aircraft lost power before the SOV fully closed.

This morning I came in from my walk around and the captain was about to call HQ for this message. Thanks to reading this the other day I told him to hold off and give this a try. Sure enough the message went away and we were good to go.
