Lufthansa is costing us way more than expected since they have to pay to fix all the iocc bugs so that our part time FAs can trade away all of their trips that it forced TSH to drop down to the Bronze FMS update package. Frequent updates are only available in the Gold and higher packages

I think it's mostly complacency issues. Too often it's just "nochangeset, nochangeset, nochangeset" that when something does actually change, people just don't notice it.

How about losing the commuter hotel because people weren't cancelling them properly. Some just don't have the ability to follow guidelines or think they don't apply to them. You apply the rule of averages to 700 people you have enough people doing stuff wrong that people take notice.
