Captains, please think about this wisely. Even if they offer 200%, you are HURTING your pilot group including yourself if you do this! FO's on RSV will never get off RSV because lack of new hires nor will there be upgrades so RSV Captains will be stuck as well. PLEASE do not fall for this, lets make Compass great again by looking out for our fellow pilots and recruiting quality people, not temporarily bailing TSH out of this horrible pit they threw us into!

Exactly. First post for me, finally decided to make an acct after this memo. We JUST heard In the last employee call someone rightfully speak up saying it's hard to recruit guys when the morale is low and the company is not following the CBA... I believe the response was "k". So that's my response to this... "k".

They don't get to have it both ways.. knowingly go around our contract to fix their own self-inflicted mess, disregard and insult our pilot group and then come back and ask us to pitch in. Um, how about we pay our pilots properly and follow our contract first? Its also a little insulting on top off that to not even offer critical for right seat flying. That's pretty stinkin funny right there, but like ^he said, it only hurts us in the long run so I won't do it no matter what.

That being said, let's remember this is not a strike or anything so let's not start turning on each other with that un called for "scab" talk if someone takes the bait, but I just call on all of us to consider our leverage and force them to straighten up and start actually following the contract and resolving these long standing issues and grievances.

Flying right seat does not benefit any of us at all, including the guy flying. Period. If you want extra cash, go seat support or something. Think of the big picture.

Let us not forget how they GAVE AWAY SIX AIRPLANES, stopped hiring, closed a $enior base, and continue to step on us every chance they can get... "Good Point"

We need to remind those thinking of doing this that it hurts both seats and forfeits any incentives for them to pay us properly.

Agreed!!! Every time the company has messed up and gotten themselves into a tight spot who do they go to first to try and get bailed out? First they tell us that we all need to go out and recruit our friends to fill classes because they stopped hiring when they should have continues but instead fell behind. Then they want us to give back our vacation because again, they planned poorly! Now they want us to bail them out again, If we help them out then they will never learn!
