And am I the only one who saw the thinly veiled subliminal message “with your cooperation we’ll be able to maintain our schedule with our codeshare partners”. It’s almost like a “do this or else”.

Is it possible to maintain outside employment during your 30 day at home study? Was wondering if any of you did that or if that's even allowed per company policy. Thanks.

I'm an FO averaging 40 hours/mo on RSV, spending the majority of my time in the god damn trash pad. Why can't they just use us more?

I had about 16 days for the at home study (the length has varied in the past), and it was stressful. If I had a 30 day... boy, it's really better to just focus on the material at a slightly less insane pace, there's a lot of information to absorb and memorize and the extra time can be used for things like flows that would make your time in training easier and less stressful.

No, you must retire your seniority at any other carrier before showing up for day one in MSP. Don't risk this because they do find out somehow and a guy from my class was fired for it and not eligible for re-hire..........errr.....now I'm sure he would be

They did that at TSA so guess they finally decided to bring it over here at Compass. Good news is a lot more new hires are in the upcoming classes so hopefully this trend continues and this will be short lived
