So at Skywest it's possible to be top 20% CA in base 3 years past DOH, or top 40% FO 1 year past DOH ? Good thing your travel benefits are so good...

Or no commuter hotels! Just pick what's best for you and get your time and get on.

Umm...you do realize we get a $240 uniform allowance, right? We get $20 added to each settlement check. RTFC.

As a SKYW guy this regional infighting is fracking utterly laughable, and there is no reason why we should be comparing our **** size. There are things at Compass which I wish that we had here. I want to pick up OT at other domiciles but I can't because the commute is tough and no commuter hotels are available. Endeavor and the AA WOs have us both beaten in regard to pay and career progression. Just a few examples. Bottom line, we are all trying to move on, right? All regionals are the enemy IMHO: we are flying passengers for mainline carriers flying big aircraft doing the same job for a fraction of what they make. The faster we all move on, the faster the regionals will cease to exist.
