Just read the memo for right seat captains and can't believe they've let our staffing get this level and has taken no responsibility. Everything they've done to get new hires has been 3 months too late. Really going to look bad on compass when we have to cancel flights due to staffing. Seems we're starting the same cycle other regionals have gone through in the past when they can't staff. Where the hell is alpa, I know these guys have their hands full but d amn we really need some fighter in our corner right about now.

Wow. Very happy with my choice to not go to COMPASS AIRlines right now. I can not believe they are trying to make year 1 co-pilots pay back training bill if they leave. Now they want captains to take first officer jobs?

First off, its in the contract. I personally think its BS they will pick and choose what they are going to enforce, but that s just my opinion.
