New cities from our SLC base in July -ONT OMA and IDA. No AA benefits for PHX and SEA crews,DPI is still a large mystery outside of names being sent to DL,Safety wants employees to be safe,and they are hiring for a manager of snack basket testing.

Out of 1000 annual new hires, that still only gives you 150 per year. And that number is still "subject to meeting the Company’s competitive hiring standards, and ... Company’s objectives for diversity and experience among newly hired pilots."

It gives us 150? No, there are 820 available to non endeavor pilots. Compass has like 600 pilots and has sent 10+ to DAL a month for a long time. DAL by far makes up the majority of where our captains go, followed by FedEx and the avg cpz captain leaving has been on property less than 3 years, which is trending very slowly up yes, slowly.
