Man oh man...other than the people, I don't miss much...but those snacks!! Pretzels and salted peanuts get real old. My kids used to love seeing what I brought home (for their school lunches of course). Not anymore.

Idk and it seems like we've got enough proof that we have not been contractually "properly staffed" for over a year. It seems that at this point they can keep it raised indefinitely because there's no consequence.

Spoke with a p2p and they said Javis our arbitrator has an idea. The company has an idea and it was not acceptable (5 hrs of pay). Sounds like our new MEC was trying to take a legal approach to get out of this bullsht contract extension our last MEC foist on us as they were out the door. Sounds like the union is trying a lot harder now.
