Okay, I keep hearing stuff about some such limitation but I have no idea where that is in the book or if it's just some limitation that some LCA invented a while back that keeps propagating itself. Kind of like I heard something about not being to turn towards the high speed until you're below 45 and other such speed limitations that aren't in any book.
Edit: just reread your post. Not sure if the 45 knot high speed is real or not. I don't know how the airplane knows you're on a high speed exit or not. I'd imagine once your below a certain speed, FOQA starts recording taxi speeds over 30 knots, so maybe that's where the 45 knot comes in: GS below 45 knots after landing activate 30 knot limitation.

It’s based on when you turn off runway heading. They understand what a high speed is however.

It's limitations that are set by FOQA to report back to the FOQA committee. I don't think it's really published anywhere because you're not really supposed know what they set the limits at because the idea is once you set off FOQA you've already broke a AOM limitation. I don't think it's the best idea for everyone to know how to "trick FOQA" for the most part.

When I was at Republic, I was told by the FOQA people that it doesn't register taxi speed until flaps are "UP"...hence how it can tell you're on a high speed. Go home legs would normally see us taxiing in with flaps accidentally set to 1. While at CP, I never knew if that was how they collected the data or not. I always took high speeds, especially in LA, at whatever speed we made the high speed and wouldn't call for flaps up until off all the runways.

If I got a call at 45, I’d ask them if they can show me where I can find the high speed limitation. I get the 30 knots for taxing but I wouldn’t call taking a high speed taxiing.

Like the company that can't engineer its way out of repetitive Mx items has the ingenuity and free time to launch a massive spying campaign using non-cellular devices?
A PAC, two first class seats, one lav and the APU are deferred? Let it go. Hold on...the FOs iPad didn't update to the latest spyware version, we won't be able to see whether he watches CNN or Fox on his layover...better delay them so we can get it updated!
