Eight years ago or so Pinnacle used them. So did FedEx.

Does anyone know what happens to customer compliments? Do they save them or is it thrown in the trash?
Is it in a physical file?

Asking here first before I ask on the company call later.

Also wondering about some other things like opening a base closer to my home, getting a printed schedule in dark ink sent in the mail. It’s 2018 now.

There was mention of a new base opening soon. Not sure if that's well known here.

Yeah they better have some timeline figured out for getting long call back for FOs and lowering the floor if they are gonna slow hiring because they are supposed to properly staff the airline per the CBA. obviously not defined, but also obviously not the current state of affairs
