From time to time everybody is going to make a mistake. It sounds to me like the company is making good on it so as long as it's corrected in a timely manner it shouldn't be that big of a deal. Maybe they were too busy fixing the problem to respond. Keep in mind, there are folks across the globe who don't even have the luxury of a paycheck and cushy job.

Simple question. In "available offers" is that ALL the open time or just the pilot trades. Just seems to me like it's kind of lite on open trips.
