We are under contract, they can't just take them unless we violated the contract some how. Otherwise I would see a nice little lawsuit coming their way

Do you mean on their /brand new/ 175s that barely break down (see also: our AA performance), or the CRJ's that board/deboard much faster due to either being smaller, usually more lightly loaded and with everything gate checked? Their delta LAX stuff is a mess too but they have a far more "diversified" route map and a little LAX EDCT doesn't cause their operation to come to a crushing halt the way our delta stuff does. In march Compass had over TWICE the LAX E175 departures had. (And 4x the CRJ departures).
And their 175 stuff takes big delays for LAX issues, too..

These are the first three I looked up. None making A14.
Is OO a better run airline? With more dollars spent on maintenance, a bigger network and economies of scale where they can absorb large delays easier, recrew, do more things for schedule recovery? I'm sure. But it's a falsehood to try to compare them apples to apples with us in LAX when they do half the flying there, with a vastly different fleet composition. And when you do look into it... , it sure looks like the same old Delta LAX product that CP offers.

The last 3 today all majorly delayed. Probably flow. The same thing that plagued us, plagues them obviously. And LAX was a mess today anyway. If we had it, we would be doing just as poorly. Just that when you are a much larger airline you can absorb it and it doesn't hurt your overall A14 #s nearly as much. They can keep it, as far as I'm concerned.. unfortunately we still do a number of them too.

SkyWest LAX doesn't do it. Have you seen their stats for LAX? It's as bad as Compass and Mainline. I had a LAX-SMF deadhead a week or so ago, 36% on time performance (SKW).

YOUR planes??? YOUR guppy killers were awarded out of a forced NWA bankruptcy contract which significantly reduced mainline DC-9 flying and created a little scooter trash airline to reduce mainline pilot jobs. Don't throw stones we all remember where you came from.

GMAFB. I'm all for flying going back to mainline, but let's not forget how regionals got started.

So yes, like you said, lets not throw stones...

Nice rebuttle, I'm glad that proactiv has helped your confidence. Good luck just remember those are not your planes, and every time you get in that 76 seat jet for 1/4 the cost of your ALPA brothers you remember why.
