I can see it now on a yoke clip “HAL flow per M.W.” Maybe the stress of trying really hard to make the flow happen was behind the recent heart attack

It was, but someone asked about MW having a heart attack. It was directly related to the stress of that incident. At least that's what JS told people in recurrent.
