They just finalized our flow to the Air Force, contingent on agreement by some guy name Kim. Best part, everyone already got on the seniority list when they turned 18.

I still am curious if this is fabricated or if you have a source...may be good for west coasters but like another pilot said Hawaiian offers me nothing as well. Had several friends leave who got island fever, started commuting, and couldn't handle the horrible widebody pay compared to other widebody carriers...

Why not? It would benefit both airlines. Hawaiian doesn't hire a bunch so it wouldn't be a burden on us. Yet it would be guaranteed movement off the top (expensive captains) and a recruiting tool for hiring. It's a win win. Wait for it....

You guys are silly, stop spreading rumors! Let me clear it up! Delta is buying TSH because they are so impressed with all 3 carriers and on top of that they signed a contract for no interview flow to Hawaiian, Delta, or any other major of choice. We are also opening a HNL and PHX base, those bids will be out next week. Oh, and its F-22's we're getting.

Your expensive quote of the senior captains isn't relevant either, especially if compared to other regional airline pilot groups. Our average seniority on the captain side is probably sitting around 2.5-3 years...which I'm willing to bet is one of the lowest in the US regional airline industry.
This would benefit your mid-junior captains and FO's, who all live on the west coast. I bet you would be surprised at how many senior pilots would bypass the flow if it was instituted...
I think it would help but only if you were a new pilot who wanted to work at Hawaiian...otherwise go to 9E, Envoy, or somewhere else and get guaranteed money and a shot at a legacy in the same amount of time...
