Any LAX FOs on RAP1 looking to switch to RAP3 for May, send me a PM. I know this is a long shot, but it's worth a try.

Like I said, wait for it.... As unattractive as this might sound to some who aren't even slightly interested in HAL, it makes total business sense. I don't give any of our "managers" any credit for running a logical business model but if they do this it would be a good move for Compass. Guaranteed moment (not like that's totally necessary in this environment) and an amazing recruiting tool for those on the fence between SKY, Compass and Horizon. It would also be a nice and free retention tool. I imagine it would require a flow pilot to be a captain for a certain amount of time before they left.

Ya good for those interested in HAL, but why would HAL start an agreement? They have been hiring plenty of Compass pilots and they have no shortage of apps. Lots of them with no PIC time, so if there is a flow and req is to be CA, then what? No more hiring of FOs or they still hire them outside the flow so therefore why have a flow, they hire who they want anyway.

Which is why HAL starting a flow agreement with Compass is completely ridiculous. If CPZ flew some regional feed for HAL I'd concede there might be a 1% chance flow could happen.
MAYBE preferential interviews, but no flow.
As for MW claiming he's close to finalizing a deal with HAL... I believe that about as much as I believe his engine rolled back on it's own and he didn't notice.

Any of you who commute and buy multiple months of parking at your home have any trouble being reimbursed month to month? Anything special you do with the receipt? Just got a new one and they make us do 6 months minimum now... Just seeing if there is any experience out there with it. Thanks

HAL has nothing absolutely nothing to gain from a flow agreement, and it won't happen.

I believe this flow with HAL about as much as I believed Bob when he told that FA on the conference call that MSP is fine, when in fact a few days later they announced it was closing!
