Keep in mind people we're upgrading out of order if they had prior 121 time.

Also some might even do not have their 2500 total if they are straight out from 4 yrs college.
Looks like a pretty good award for at least most of the people, even the most junior FO is getting the base they wanted. Upgrade from the last bid also getting back to their home base!

Most Junior Captain award is a 7/23/2015 hire.

Most Junior Captain Alternate is a 8/6/2015 hire. Not much of a split as everyone wants to upgrade.

Holding true at 2 years right now and all new upgrades went to LAX, however a 6/4/2015 CA transferred from LAX to SEA. So two years and a month to hold SEA CA. Congratulations to our newest captains!

as an 08/06/15 hire and captain and exciting a classmate made the alternate list... Could be an end in sight to reserve.

Yeah Im sure they'll fix it when it becomes more consistent and classes are still empty. I'm sure at least a first year increase is in the works maybe with other things.

I met a guy that works at the PHX FSDO, he said he heard that Compass has talked to the FSDO about moving the corp offices to PHX.
Maybe that is the first step,,, oh wait they made it a MX base, so I guess that was the first step.

anyone commute from HNL?

I'm wondering where you park a car other than the airport lots?
I talked to the parking office and they said you can only get a pass for the employee lot if you have a AOA badge for HNL.

However, through the rest of 2015 and well into 2016 we've been hiring 30+ people a month, and we're only upgrading a dozen a month so far. So the two year upgrade number will unfortunately go up.

Unfortunately I kind of have to agree with you. It is definitely over two years for an upgrade if hired today as we sit now. Some more movement and bigger upgrade classes will drop it down.

Another IOCC win! Just got notified that I'm assigned a reserve period Saturday and Sunday. On my scheduled days off. Out of base. And I bid 30% in my base
