We own sims that flight safety maintain and house. We also have exclusive leases on other sims at FS. The status quo is changing and FS will likely be gone in a few years and everything will be done in house. Talk of ground breaking late this year on a sim center.

In my opinion, the only reason Delta did the DIP financing was, short term, to keep the lift, and long term, to get their hands on LGA/DCA slots next time YX goes Ch 11.

The DIP is not what gave them ownership. That financing was also only valid for the period we were in BK and it did not have any slots tied to it from what I remember.

Why do people make this job so difficult? Despite what I tell girls at the bar it is extremely easy.

Bringing a laptop or tablet on a Mexico-to-U.S. flight? Beware of new security measures - LA Times

So in other words: don't you dare try to bring your personal laptop on a Monterey turn because now they have another reason to confiscate it from you...

I could be wrong, but I feel like I remember an email a few weeks ago that mentioned it that said the small scale test they launched was not a success. The tone I perceived was that the app was dead in the water.

NOTE... I could be very wrong. It might have just been something I overheard in a crew room. Also, I kind of get the feeling that there is something inherent in the iocc economy system that is just not friendly for third party development. S
