Not sure about you guys out there, but I prefer to keep my hands on the throttles and hold it gently. I feel that with this new procedure in place, it is more likely to "bump" my hand and move the throttles out of TOGA position, triggering the MSG, while on the takeoff run, as the runway surface is not always smooth and/or pilot inputs. I've never had to abort before because of that MSG coming up. My thoughts though...
Wonder if they created this and are going to try it out or if anyone else has adopted a similar procedure before.

On a different note, can they raise the floor for just one base and seat? The email says it is raised for MSP CA only. I thought that if they raised the floor for one seat it had to apply to all bases.

And wow! Bidding package came out early. They are catching up, that's great news.
Plus, floor only raised to MSP CA's only. Finally some well deserved break!

Though, I wonder if they have tested this on a bumpy runway. Also since we are setting thrust I wonder if they could have pulled "Thrust Normal."
Also the bid package came out early, anyone want to bet how smoothly budding will go this month?
