It's not growth. It's just shuffle. OO is losing some Delta sea flights that we will operate. They will get some MSP and SLC growth instead. The old delta shuffle.
Their sea base CRJ pilots ought to be a-ok because they've brought a bunch of 700's back to fly for alaska since horizon is short.
Delta would like to grow Seattle, but it is currently gate limited. Future expansion plans do include more growth in SEA though.

That's my running theory,especially with them pulling down mainline flying in PHX. I see AA making PHX a regional hub

Right...SEA is literally maxed out. No more gate space to be gained. Arrivals are maxed out. It's got to be a swap out with SKW or some mainline downgrade. Maybe a new route here and there but definitely not aggressively growing.
