I talked to a buddy who's in the recruiting deparment, he did confirm you now need a min of 50 hours of ME.

got an email to call them for phone interview. Been calling and leaving message for a few days, no one ever answers and no return calls
They are really busy with multiple interviews and job fairs this week. They are stretched pretty thin. Be patient, I am sure they will be back with you.

Even if you guys have 10-20 a month leaving, that is more hiring than for attrition. Any rumors why you are hiring so much?

Easy answer. The well is drying up... Better hire before there are not any left. That's what every regional is doing.

My answer is we are short staffed on the CA side and in order to upgrade we need FOs to replace the upgraded FOs. So it's a combination of attrition and being staffed more on appropriately with CAs
