I do not work for them, but heard its lower 20's to start. I also heard the only pay raises are when you switch seats so your income is fixed for a while. I assume the cost of living in Eau Claire is pretty reasonable though.

They posted today looks like. Got an email from flight level jobs. did some googley search, found it from Menards website. 700TT, commercial, ME, 50 ME total, current in night ME landings and other currency requirements met. FO position only in Company aircraft. Isnt the 1900 and all citations except their X single pilot certified? Logging dual received I take it?
edit: also looks like they added a 2 EMB-135ER's according to the airport data I found. Interesting

According to this, its Part time, hourly pay, partial beni's. Inspect and do oil changes on company cars? Thats weird...
But hey, probably not bad for someone with low(ish) time looking to build time or wait it out and upgrade.

I think the excuse/reason for logging the time is because their insurance requires two pilots. And yes, to answer a previous question, the FO pay is low 20s, and doesn't go up like at the regionals after the first year. I get the impression most captains are in it for the long haul, so I wouldn't come in looking for that quick upgrade.
Since most of them are single pilot certified aircraft, they would need to be part 135 w/ no AP, or op specs require a SIC. Im unsure of the 1900D, but all other King Airs are single pilot. The citation bravos are all Single pilot, but the Citation X and the EMB-135 need two pilots. likely typed as well.
I agree, wouldnt surprise me if all the 1900 capts are ex-lakers. And sounds like they havent hired a street capt for any AC in quite a while.

Insurance may require two pilots, but that doesn't let the right seat guy log time that can go on a 8710 form... Just being part 91 and an insurance requirement of two pilots isnt legally enough for a pilot to log time in the right seat.
