Pentastar also does not own a lot of the airplanes they fly. They manage planes for corporations that do not want to set up their own department. Such as Sarah Lee. Amway is in Grand Rapids with some Gulfstreams. I have talked to some of their pilots and they seem to like it. Lear Corp. is in Battle Creek with some Lear 45's. Kellogg Corp. is in Battle Creek with some Falcons. And I am sure both of those companies have planes elsewhere as well.

Contact the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA). They publish an annual list of members. It is indexed by Operator, Aircraft, Airport or State. If it is a corporate job worth having, they will be an NBAA member and listed in the book. Included are the names and office phone numbers of the company chief pilot. Handy info. I left the airlines for corporate. What I found was better pay, work rules, excellent equipment, good dudes to hang with, and most important, the company credit card for great RON dinners. good luck.
