That's hilarious! What a piece of work. My dad knew him while at UAL; just the fact that clay is on the scab list speaks volumes about his character (or lack there of). And no, my dad is NOT on the scab list, btw.

Says the guy with zero understanding of the airline side of the industry. I've done corporate and 135, and I've done 121. Until you really understand how that side of the house works, you'd be better off not making broad, ignorant statements.

A person who crosses a picket line is, by dictionary definition, a scab. No bullying here. Not supercilious or self entitled.
Fact.

From: DOWNGRADE COMPLETE: Thanks Gary. Thanks SWAPA.

So a group of pilots makes a stand to further their contract and profession and an individual or small minority of them stab them in the back by crossing the picket line and you think this is okay?
Wow...I'm kinda speechless.

This post seems a bit emotionally charged. Do you have first hand experience with the business end of a union bully's demeanor? Whatever did you do to draw such ire?

In the early days of APC it was all about "scabs" this and "scab" that. I bet that some of the latest generation of airline pilots don't even know what a scab is.
Times have changed. Entire airlines can steal work from each other for less. Bankruptcy courts have made scabs of nearly everyone. To me the biggest evidence that the fight is lost lies in the fact that the term "scab" is irrelevant now.
Who really cares about scabs anymore? The guy who most likely will be doing your job for less tomorrow stares at you in the mirror.
