At least we have a lot fewer covid deaths per capita than the U.S.

How would you feel if I said Americans are idiots?

I'm not going to, though. At least you guys got your vaccination effort right.
I would agree that plenty are. Knob is living proof and it explains a lot of our current sorry state.

Are you the one who has gone through about 4 different user names since covid kicked off?

Michigan is in a full blown 4th wave crisis with the variants, hundreds of breakthrough cases as well. So much for restrictions making it better.

What are you talking about? They are on the rise after/because of reopening. Schools are in, kids are playing sports, indoor dining is packed. Have you been to Michigan recently? Things got worse AFTER reopening and giving up/pretending it’s over.

I live in Michigan, I'm well aware of what's going on here. I know someone in the hospital right now that's probably not going to make it, and they were vaccinated. Restrictions, or no restrictions, the virus is going to do what it wants.

So...Texas continued improving after “reopening” to include ending the mask mandate, but Michigan got worse.

Its it possible that the duration and strictness of Michigan NPIs relative to Texas has played a role?
