Did you read the expert opinion from the scientific research outfit previously posted on the effectiveness of masks in preventing and spreading COVID?
It is very compelling data driven evidence.
And yes every one of my doctors, from MD, Optometrist, Dentist, DO, DDS specialist in Endodontics and nurses as well others all say the say thing, the masks and continuation of mask wearing in light of the current progress of the COVID is worthless. One even used the direct words, stupid and controlling.
All of these men and women are medical professionals dealing with possibilities of infection, not a chiropractors.
Your experience is obviously different, as well as your google speed.
Can I add most of your links are from dates close to six months ago. You do realize thing, like viruses, do change. That is a fact.

The dumassery of the mask is comical. There's no standard. You have idiots wearing cloth masks of variable thickness and material with their favorite sports team or employer logo that probably have no ability whatsoever to filter a fart never mind any virus. I've seen others who know it's all BS knit masks with holes in them big enough to poke a finger through. They have something on their face so 99% of anyone who cares gives them the nod of approval. I really doubt even a surgical mask or N95 does too much considering very few people wear them correctly or practice the additional hygiene procedures that compliment mask use.
It's time for people to take responsibility for their own situation. If you feel you're at risk then do what makes you feel safe. Wear a mask, stay away from people or stay home. It's not on me to make you feel safe or comply with a mask mandate if I'm not sick. Eff that. I'm done with this BS. The only time I wear a mask is when it serves my agenda (pax on an aircraft or in airport, etc.) or I'm on private property or a business and the owner has asked visitors to do so. That's their right as the owner. I can avoid if I don't want to deal with that. But, I wear the same ratty surgical mask that I've had since March of 2020, so it's not doing sh!t. But, I've got something on my face and the sheep feel safe.
I laugh at the ones sitting in their car ALONE!!!!! at a red light wearing a mask. Or walking/running OUTSIDE with no one around them wearing a mask. Is there any ability for critical thinking left or have most people been reduced to rule following morons? Truly sad that our free country has come to this.

I never said or made the point about “most doctors” you did and put words in people’s writings. That’s a comprehension issue you seem to have, or maybe just prejudice based on personal bias.
What ever it is, I simple challenged your blanket statement without evidence, then you responded by fast googling for support of your previously claim. My experience is purely personal with first hand people I have both professional contact and friendships with. While none of them are viral experts they are all medical professionals who daily deal with all the huge, and I mean huge mandates, they have to implement to keep their doors open. You, assuming you’re a pilot, only have to worry about convincing others to wear masks.
And it is obvious you failed to read the earlier poster’s link to a well crafted, support, explained and detailed research report about masks and the prevention of spreading and becoming infected with COVID.
Dude we are at the end of this pandemic, and even Fauci is legitimately being challenged with both theatre and the inability to produce factual data driven metrics for the end of the mask wearing and lockdowns.
You just seem to want to live with this cloud over you and spread it to others.

You have a 0.008% chance of getting COVID after being fully vaccinated and a 0.0056 chance of ending up in the hospital. But please you go on and keep wearing the mask because you might still get it.
