Not exactly, the mRNA is self adjuvanting, requiring two doses in succession, the J&J uses the adenovirus. The difference between the vaccines that matters, is the antibody levels post vaccination; Moderna being the highest, and J&J being the lowest. The more shots you get, the higher your antibody levels. All vaccines are 2-3 doses per year to maintain sufficient antibody levels to neutralize delta.

and the threatened OSHA emergency temporary standard is months away and will be hit by multiple different state AGs filing lawsuits the moment it is issued, that may be a distinction without a meaningful difference.
Never give an order you lack the ability or will to enforce - something Mayor Lightfoot is in the process of learning right now.

Given that multiple antivaxxers churches have sprung up:

The fetal cell thing seems the most likely avenue to me, and it's also more likely to be sincere since that's a common religious doctrine. But if an employer wants to pick nits, they can ask about your past use of all the OTHER meds which share that problem...
Going to sign an affidavit attesting that you've never used motrin, tylenol, tums, etc? Hopefully your medical records or 1C medical app doesn't contradict that. I'd think carefully before going on the written record with a patent falsehood, no way to take that back and you never know when it might come to light down the road.

Sure you can. But that won't necessarily get you a religious exemption for vaccination.

Well.....What if it's the Company wanting the mandate? Isn't the Union suppose to be the one playing Chicken....not the individual? Companies can and will enforce their own draconian measures....that's their prerogative. And the Union's to do what it wants. But if they are trying to lean on the Federal Government as an excuse for a mandate....and that case fall apart in a couple months....then what? Especially when most Companies AND Unions were sending "we are totally against mandates" messages to their workers just prior to Biden making his infamous mandate speech.
