Oops. Disregard what I said. Omar is right. I failed to calculate they didn't completely backfill for those 19 senior to you who bid off.

Sorry.

The two AEs would be completely independent, each with their own conversion window. This latest one has a 12-month conversion window which the Company can only do once each year, so by definition, the next one will have the typical narrow conversion window.
.
So the windows can overlap. Thanks. I won't drink as hard as I thought tonight.

If I'm right, senior pilot abc can hold 7era and have may 2018 conversion. Junior pilot xyz didn't hold it but on cleanup ae does, shorter conversion window on that ae so Jr pilot xyz can go to training in Dec 2017 on the second ae ahead of senior abc. Senior abc then shows up next summer and says boom, I'm bidding above you mr xyz, then xyz gives FO 123 $100 to push abc down the escalator on next overnight. Pilot xyz is now like boooom you buddy! And moves up a spot... But then is freaked out that FO 123 might do the same to him and lives in fear when he is sober.

Things Timbo taught us here about this career are invaluable.

The only thing I got was 35% of the pilots senior to me bidding off the category.

All the displacements into ATL 88B are at the bottom of the AE.

Here's a better link for actual percentages. Just input your seniority number after logging in.
