This is the "08 May AE" thread right?

Funny how often the mention of milf (hey, I tried to spell milk but Apple changed it) will throw a thread off course.

I did routinely get asked by passengers when I was an RJ captain if I was old enough to be flying it. The standard response was something on the order of "as long as we have the plane back by dark, mom won't get mad."
I get asked that by not only pax but FAs as a mainline Captain. Especially if they're MSP or CVG based.

Only way I know how to do that is look at the posting, then add up the awards. I have noticed in the past that it doesn't always seem to work out that way though.

Based on the offering in the posting and the fleeing in the award I'm guessing there will be a metric crap ton of ATL 88Bs.

Also anything they didn't backfill, like the ATL7ERB, probably won't be going to new hires.

Is there a way for us to "turn on" the new manuals for an awarded aircraft in the content locker of the EFB or is that something Delta has to do. I know they can be found on the Extranet (I also know I'm a bit of a dork wanting to have a peek so soon after the award but that's what a lifelong case of OCD does for me)

send an email for training materials to the address in the AE cover letter. They'll turn on the manuals for you when the training materials ship. I got mine in about 3 days

Easier to just download them from Deltanet to your ipad. If you don't have an ipad, you're not allowed to fly any of the following: 777, 350, 330, 320, C series.

Can't remember if it was manual services or PSC, but I called and they sent the sync or whatever they do on their end. Takes < 30 mins.

Any rumors on when the conversions will be posted? How long does it typically take?
