Duties upheld by the USITC... not surprising. Looks like a 2 year delay to the program while Airbus sets up the plant in Mobile, rendering the import duties moot. What a ride so far for this project...

The case still has to be ruled on by the USITC, which I believe is in February next year.

The USITC hearing is in Feb. They basically will follow this ruling is what is expected. Canada plans to appeal to the WTO which will take up to a couple years. No C-Series here until at least mid 2020.....we will see them flying Mexico and Canada routes with our JV partners next year.
