The tail #'s should be N01FUB, N02FUB, etc.

I read one article that suggests there can be an appeal to the Court of International Trade.

Is the court of International Trade a U.S. based court?

Basically the Canadian government is subsidizing Delta's aircraft purchase and US passenger travel. This was what everyone predicted last summer when this process started.

IMHO, Boeing will file another complaint over the next C series sale and I'm sure they will be able to show financial harm over that one. They will prepare their offer, etc to ensure they can show financial harm somehow.

Hopefully by then, the Alabama plant will be open.
If they give away the CS300, then I’d agree, Boeing will file another complaint and probably have a leg to stand on, by virtue of the similar size to the 737-700. But I’d say it’s been proven through the courts that Boeing isn’t being hurt by this sale of 110 seat aircraft.

The market will take care of the bigger jets. Once the operators see the efficiency of the 100 series, BA will have some serious competition for that 737. They rode the LUV horse for far too long and they will pay the price.

I wonder if once we say 25 jets will be cs300 then Boeing will pounce?

Maybe, but those will probably all be built in Mobile. Airbus will probably launch the CS500, then you have full replacement for all the old MDs, 319s, and eventually the 717. If they are all US made, there would be nothing for Boeing to go after. Boeing was trying to kill the Cseries and buy it out, it appears.

The next reason to hate Boeing will be some gimmick it has to use to sell the 797.

Yes, it's a federal court based in NYC. Apparently, there could also be an appeal to some panel organized under NAFTA. Which to me would seem crazy vs. having an appeal with a federal judge.
