This might have already been addressed but does the 220 have a hot mike interphone? (i.e., if I bid over, can I stop wearing the headphone with one ear uncovered?)

YES,

but during push back we have one ear uncovered so we're not Hot Mic talking to the ramper as theres no way to isolate them and use the hot mic just between both pilots.

I personally use the gold bond spray. When using the spray, you are able to spray the underside of each ball you spray. The ball underside seams to gunk and funk up more often than the top of the ball. Using the spray keeps the mess down when powdering each underball!!

4,000nm range in an A220XLR? How would that work out in the opinion of you A220 guys? I guess as a pax it may be better than an A321XLR from a comfort standpoint, but seems like awful long legs for a ~130 seater.
