Not to mention that Delta has the best and easiest system for offline jumpseaters.

Please elaborate. This should be good.

Not really. I wish there was a way to list online as a JSer. Going to the gate is straightforward, but it depends on the gate agent there that day. Still get the occasional "are you already listed?" Pray do tell how I can do that, and I would in a heartbeat.

From your constant trolling of most of the Delta threads, it's obvious you've either been shot down by them or you can't seem to get an interview. Either way, it's clear you're envious and want to be in his shoes regardless of your lame attempts to chastise our pilots.

BTW, the guy you quoted isn't wrong about our policies. They're in the FOM for a reason. How can you fault someone for following the rules? Is that optional at Allegiant? From how it sounds, he didn't report the guy's name to the CPO just the situation.

Listing in advance is a huge pain if you have to make quick changes to your plans. It takes the same amount of time for an agent to list someone as it does to check them in with a listing. Makes no sense to me.

As for the question you get, it's probably laziness as they assume you're Delta since they know we book it in advance. It's the standard question I get, too.

I love it. I love how you guy's go-to insult is "bitter because he couldn't get hired". I spent a good portion of my life at a once great Regional airline, which DAL bought and dismantled. I have a battle star on my alpa pin. Do you? Spare us the sanctimonious BS about how great you are and everyone wants to work there. I wouldn't apply to DAL is it were the only airline left. They already ruined my life once. They have ruined a lot of lives.

And disagreeing or discussing isn't trolling. Well I guess it isn't trolling if we agree, right? I called no names, I stated my opinion. The title of this thread is "jumpseat prick". I'd have to agree. I read all the threads, not just my airline, and not just Delta. If you're only interested in Delta Opinions, i'm sure you guys have a private forum somewhere. But as far as I know, this is open to everyone.

Now, I'm still waiting for you to tell me why my job sucks so much more than yours. I make slightly less than you make in hourly wage, but I fly one round trip, home by 1pm and sleep in my own bed every night. No missed kids soccer and baseball games. Home for football every saturday. I work 12-14 days a month on average. Tell me all about your job, and why it's so awesome.

Not everyone who disagrees with you is envious or trolling. Sometimes you guys just need to get over yourselves. We are all just pilots.
