AZ on the PBS Committee sure extols the virtues of the product but it just keeps falling short every time I use it.

It would be really nice if Nav Blew bought out EZBid with the intent to keep the intuitive (and simple) EZBid interface and merely fix a few of the more intricate modeling shortfalls that EZBid has.

Not gonna happen but a guy can dream. 😁

AZ has been useless and condescending in my opinion. The product stinks. He can't take any criticism. My 1.9% votes to get a user friendly system.

The Web UI isn’t slated to be phased out is it? I find it simple and works well enough and a great work-around of the Web App. The Web app is just plain horrific and the PBS committee would do well to remember that they work for the pilot group rather than keep telling us we are “not using it right” when it is an abysmal product. In no other industry (except maybe a govt application) would this have made it past beta testing.

It looks just like the interface we used up until a year ago when we had to use some other interface. But no we can use this again.
Love the old legacy website. Maybe not as powerful as the newfangled one but it is much easier to use. Hopefully we will continue to have a choice.

Agreed. He has responded to me as well as JB I believe and they are very defensive and take it personally. Its a POS in my opinion

When the PBS committee has to publish an 8 page notepad on just how to scroll, the problem is with the product not the user.

If they put a quarter of the effort that went into the new FA uniforms, we'd have an improvement.

Does anyone know if there is a direct feedback channel to the PBS developers ? This would eliminate personal bias of a handful of airline union reps. I really don't understand what is the motivation to what appears to be a personal bias related to current interface design and usability.
It would be nice to get some intelligent feedback from those at the developer side as to what is possible or not under the current web app paradigm.

I literally have no problem using the new interface. Sure, I would like to see it improved, but generally get everything I want.

Touchscreen scrolling on my PC no longer works with NavBlue. That functionality was killed off a few months ago for me.
