Am working on my Feb bid now and it's as infuriating as ever. The worst is actually viewing trips and then adding them to your bid. Its a 4 or 5 step process for me. Viewing the trips takes several steps, and then you have to come out of the "Show pairing report" screen if you want to "add" a trip to your bid. Then when you add a trip, you have to "okay it" EVERYTIME by clicking a box, then you have to deselect that trip and select another one. Then "okay" that one. After that, then I go to the "Show pairing report" but I must first deselect the previous trip and reselect the rest of them and then select "Show pairing report" pages. Then the whole "add bid" process starts again. Very painful and time consuming and a massive step back from the previous "desktop version" Why do we accept this POS??? And yes, I made phone calls and sent emails.
Rant over.

I don't know which one you're using. When I go to the pairings tab, I can view all the pairing general information in that tab. If I want more, I expand the trip. If I want to bid it, I select the check box. If it is on specific days, I select check box and the circled days I want. From that screen, I click add to bid and it's done.

Make sure you are clearing your cache each month as this is how you will get the latest version. Sometimes there are improvements to the interface. There is a link to the instructions on the main page once you log in on how to do this.

I've seen this advice from the company so I'm not directing this at you. But seriously, what other web app do I use that requires me to clear my cache every month? I like my cache, it lets me be lazy on the web. Clearing it is a PITA since it erases a lot of things I'd prefer to keep. Why can't we get a bidding product that is easy to use and doesn't require the user to take actions to mitigate the problems cooked into the software?

Tried the newer version for several months. I can bid on the older version in about 5 minutes. The new one takes me an hour or more. Life is short. I hope we have access to the old one for the foreseeable future.

Interesting, but the only time I regularly don't have an internet connection is when I'm flying, it was a poor choice if the union made that demand. I'll also add that the desktop version worked fine offline, was a stand alone app that didn't require I clear my cache for my global web browser on a regular basis, and had more functionality in a much easier to use package.
