717A in ATL, so far every FO I've flown with has been a pleasure to work with. Makes all the difference.

To answer your question, Love working here and have fun with the job.
I know, but bought it was a good question that I haven’t seen talked about on here. The job is what you make of it by far. Just wanted to see everyone’s opinion on it.

You are really on the wrong forum for this. This is the doom and gloom club!

You've read the responses on the thread so far, right??

Anyways... I'm usually nearly giddy coming into work, and it was especially awesome going to the varied places on the 330 as FO last year, and I'm loving it even more as 320 captain now. It's a cool thing getting paid to do your favorite hobby.

Ummm...be forewarned.

My FA wife used to get incredibly steamed at how happy i apparently acted getting ready to leave for work.

Cant tell you how many times i had !#/$@÷#$!!! hurled at me about why i was so happy to be 'leaving'.....and in her mind i guess 2+2 was coming up 7.

And no explaination about my inner 12yr old self getting to fly airplanes made one bit of difference.

So better to act down in the dumps till at least clearing the end of the driveway.

I'm probably like 99% of the pilots on here...........I do my darnedest to get paid the most and avoid coming into work (all legal of course) but............when I do come to work, I have a great time!!!!!

When I moved to the ER right seat, a friend of mine that was an MD-11 Captain for World Airways told me....”Never whistle while you’re packing your bag, and always come home horny.” It’s good advice.
