We're already the highest paid pilots in the industry, any increase wouldn't meet that standard. Just because it's the most powerful weapon, doesn't mean that it always has to be used.

We are well within a zone of reasonableness on total pilot costs. The differences at the moment are so close as to be inconsequential between the big four.
