I’ve seen the same on the 737. The radar feature is awesome. The profile view of the turbulence leaves a little to be desired though. It would be nice if you could expand or zoom it on one area.

There’s a fairly long list of ideas to be implemented, but the cost and time constraints push the development down to “must haves” for the initial rollout. Unless something has changed recently to remove it, I believe that a zoom ability of the Profile view is still on the list of feature enhancements.

During the setup, one of the videos notes that the Company iPad has 256GB of storage, which is a huge amount. The stated purpose of Delta buying this much was so there would be tons of storage available for you to load all of your personal apps so that you would not need to carry 2 ipads.
You can load any apps you want. So far the only administrative restriction I have noticed is an inability to utilize iCloud storage. It is administratively disabled and can not be activated. Other than that, I have loads of apps now installed on the Company iPad including a VPN for watching streaming content outside of the country.

I'll stick to carrying 2 iPads....I'm not putting anything personal on a company owned device.

I'm using it to search porn already. Been doing that really since I got it. It's all about what would I do if I won the lottery, well, this!!!! Because I could. Nobody would ever let me do it unless I was rich.
And part my wife wouldn't stop me. Why? Because money.

Why bother? Frankly the thought of some middle level manager at Delta having to watch me jerk off, flex in the mirror, or take a dump is somewhere in the triangle formed by disturbing, mildly amusing, and hilarious.

This unrelated post likely explains the dim screen on wake up. The iPad uses the front camera to sense ambient light and adjusts the brightness accordingly. If your camera is covered it will always think it’s dark and will dim the screen to match. You can turn that feature off in settings.
