It will be interesting to see where the pilot group sits with our formula.
The company made that official before the earnings call?

We have the same formula as the non contract employees. If they come in at 14% we should be the same.

oops someone already answered it.

So, on the phone topic ... TMobile has unlimited hotspot with decent service in most places we go. Convenient to just leave the iPad/laptop connected to the hotspot in the hotel and at the gate.

The LGV20 was the first 5G capable phone on TMobile. Great phone. Nobody bought them. I've yet to see anything speed or icon wise to suggest 5G works. But, happy with 40MBPS to 80MBPS.

Are you sure the same formula results in the same percentage? The formula determines the payout pot, but how that pot is allocated (percentage of eligible wages) would seem to me to potentially be different between the two work groups. Could be wrong...

Have they said when they would announce the final percentage? I saw something about the 10th, then they announced that the earnings webcast would be next week.

The percentage is determined by dividing total wages of all eligible employees by the pot. It’s the same for all groups.

If the pools are determined by x% of PTIX, there’s no guarantee that pool A (pilots) distributed over our weighted salaries matches pool B’s distribution over a different group of weighted salaries. Pool size is fixed, not salary percentage.

I believe that the amount placed in the pool is determined by the amount they (think) will pay out rather than a flat percentage of the gross profit!
