Depends on where you want to be based. DTW is displacing 60 330 Bs. The plug in MSP is a 2010 hire. SEA will grow and likely become the home to the uber junior 330 Bs. Without looking it up I'd guesstimate that the plugs in NYC and ATL have been here at least a few years if not more.

Here's hoping it's only 60... If this comes to fruition, this bid will be a very interesting one to watch (especially for me , wait ). Unless they open up a bunch of NB As, this will likely create a massive training bill.

Not sure what in my post made you think I’m not happy. Perhaps you were meaning “guys” in a general sense.
I fly with plenty of captains who have been here 20ish years and they can barely hold a decent line in ATL. There have been retirements, but it seems like the top of the seniority list has been pretty static. It does look like that’s finally changing, with over 500 777/350/330/765 CAs currently 62 or older.
