Meh, while I agree with you that the smaller ones should pay the same. The majority of those fleets are quickly pushing into and will become the same rate (and the airbus should pass it with the arrival of the NEO late next year). Especially since we have no 319/320s on order (not sure I’d waste negotiating capital).
Negligible pay raise in the short term, but it will help you with your Yoga getting in and out of the 737.

I would like to see the 73N and 320 lumped together if anything just for that that reason!

Personally I would never want to fly the 737 but I would fly the ER. It’s not a hatred of all thing Boeing, it’s strictly limited to the 737

They put out a newsletter several years ago stating they were going back to smaller more frequent bids. They did not follow their own advice. Even given that they will have posted 5 bids this year and the issues most attribute to the big bid this year would have occurred even with smaller bids.

When Northwest switched over to monthly AEs, it was great for the pilots.
As it turns out it was even better for management.
Marketing changes their mind on a constant basis. Having one huge bid is like performing surgery with an axe.
Hopefully this is true and we will move toward smaller more frequent bids and it will help both partners as training demand soars to unprecedented levels.
