nyc 330 should be interesting. But it will have to drop down a bunch to reach nyc 767-400 at sub 13,000.

From what I’ve been hearing in my domestic circles, I think widebody FO will go senior and narrow body captain will go really, really junior. The junior narrow body captains are really tired of the schedules and are tired of the staffing.

I did the math (source, the list of individual retirements from crew resources), between now and end of the conversion period, there are more WB retirements than posted vacancies. That aside, we are not parking widebody aircraft....shouldn’t the postings be keeping up with retirements.....as well as adding staffing for deliveries?
Ps...I’m only looking at A positions. |

Great hopefully can hold one of them! I'm towards the bottom on social number...thank you!
320 in SLC has been stagnant, hasn't had new hires on it for years. It's becoming the preferred NB for the younger half of the pilot group. LAX 320 trips have been bad, and many folks are switching to SLC. SEA 7ER has too many FOs, and SLC 7ER has the writing on the wall. I'd expect a good chunk to slide over to the 320. Could take awhile to get a base transfer. 220 & 737 have been allowing newbies to transfer in on their first AEs. Should stay that way. |

220, 737, 320. In that order.
