So now that it's out ...on a scale of Beach in Mexico to Taylor swift music, how miserable would the 737 A seat be for someone 6'5"? Asking for a friend who hates Taylor Swift.

Junior WB FO guesses?

NYC 767-400, but I’ll bet it doesn’t go as junior as it has been. It was doing totally non-commutable LAX 2-days for the last 2-3 years, but isn’t anymore.

my guess is 11,5XX at worst

Anyone else notice that the AE Memo has already been taken down?

Cat’s out of the bag now...too late to change your mind!

320 in SLC has been stagnant, hasn't had new hires on it for years. It's becoming the preferred NB for the younger half of the pilot group. LAX 320 trips have been bad, and many folks are switching to SLC. SEA 7ER has too many FOs, and SLC 7ER has the writing on the wall. I'd expect a good chunk to slide over to the 320. Could take awhile to get a base transfer. 220 & 737 have been allowing newbies to transfer in on their first AEs. Should stay that way.

BS has been saying they will downsize the 220 category as soon as they open the SEA base. I would probably take that last if I wanted SLC. 737 is also done with deliveries so it won’t move much like it has the last year. With more than 100 320’s coming, I would bid 320,737,220.

Lots of conflicting opinions here :D

I saw the August 2020 bid and 737/320/220 SLC all were 14000 employee number so I read that as sort of I can get in on any of the 3 airframe? Then again who knows if I'm reading that incorrectly...

The 320 says what's up.

Flew the bus for a brief spell. I felt in no way like an aviator of any kind. But what I did feel, felt comfortable!

FWIW there are 131 A321s to go. Still 31 CEOs and then 100 Neos and supposedly they want to exercise their options for another 100 Neos of potentially various types.
