Depends on the state. Almost all (I think AK and a few others might be different) require you to verify you didn't receive "vacation pay off" or "severance pay" after your official off payroll date. The applications will also require your employers Unemployment Insurance ID number, which is also used to verify your claim.

Your social credit score needs some work then. Mine shows lingerie with the best part of the top half clearly showing through the very, very thin fabric. Unfortunately the hot singles only 3/4 of a mile away from me ads are gone. Should have struck while that iron was hot dang it.
