Haven't you heard????? They've eliminated coffee on domestic flights to reduce touch points. You already have to get your own coffee!

Don't worry. They're not brewing coffee anymore. Limiting touch points. Oddly enough, my girlfriend is following CDC guidance and limiting touch points.

If we don't see SILs or early retirements shortly, I'd be surprised.

I see it as purely a CYA move in the event of a lawsuit down the road.

Bad diet, lack of exercise and a few other poor life choices.

Spot on. Management is concerned with controlling optics, more than controlling the operation.

Word of us taking no concessions is gonna spread. This is purely a defensive move.

1) Covers lawsuits. AKA, no one was forced to work.
2) Evens out the damage from pilots making no concessions.
3) Its self funding as more FA’s took leaves than they could have wildly imaged. Also, they waited for most scared people to take unpaid leaves. Very smart to clear out the brush, then introduce something that shields them from lawsuits.

All part of the timeline constructed weeks ago.

This is in no way a pre-cursor to SILs.
