Nothing they said would have been great, but they could have avoided the 30 minutes of wondering, where all 1941 temporarily hoped we might be saved, only to have dreams dashed once again. There were still going to be seniority questions/issues with this AE, but they could have prevented providing false hope to those on the chopping block. That was easily preventable.
