FO only to bring all back. Force you to decide instead of game the system. Then large 365 day bid in April or May to get affected pilots opportunities to swap fleets they want to be on and get a seat lock. Widebody A openings etc. Someone here had that theory, wasn't mine. But I'm on board for thinking that will happen. Bob said on workplace he will post on Tuesday.

1,000,000% this. The flood gates are open, and they need as many pilots seat locked as possible. It’s pretty smart, actually. From a strategic standpoint, there can be no other path.

Also, I’m becoming more and more convinced we will have New Hires this year. Probably in Q3, to catch the momentum of the last affected pilot “returning by October”. We will be in TOGA indefinitely, which is good for all of us.

Thays exactly how some of the regional airlines work. Bids every month and you can see on a list what everyone is bidding with their names and seniority numbers. Why wouldn’t a major airline do this?

Because that's the way NWA did it for years and everyone loved it. If it was a good idea, Delta would have adopted it years ago!

This is true. 30 minutes to go 10 miles in the keys, north or south. It doesn't matter if it's a weekend or weekday anymore.

lol, it's an online forum. Get use to thread drift. Next week this thread will be discussing how much are we tipping our van drivers in btc

If $15/hour minimum wage gets passed there will be no more tipping.
