Not sure, but at a minimum I’d email or call your OE scheduler to let them know the dates you really need off.

There is an entry you can make in iCrew, or you can email your OE planner (on Deltanet) and let them know. They don’t have to honor it, but I’ve always heard they try to work with you on life events such as that. Good luck.

On the hook until they schedule it. IMO, if they can’t get it done in your shadow period they should have to honor X days.

I’m guess you don’t need TOE at that point then. As soon as you bid something longer, they can schedule you either by buying off the captain or rescheduling you to a different trip. I’m sure there are other issues as well, however, there has to be something better than “we can schedule you whenever we want.”
