Did you send an email or fill out the scheduling report form? The inbox does not receive emails, only the pilot reports

I began this thread and heard back in about a day from my inquiry. When Tunes posted that it was only taking 2 days to respond, I had no reason to doubt it. I still prefer to talk by phone to a scheduler. I think we pay enough to bring back the “pit”. I think the “online only” switch was a panic move during the pandemic. Maybe it was the only solution back then. The truth is, most pilots don’t even know their ALPA Username and Password. I hope we can bring back personal service to this ALPA benefit.

The ability to use the VRU to deviate DH hasn’t functioned since what??? December, I’m sure the schedulers have something better do then to verify dh deviations. Why isn’t that working?

Which VRU? I've had numerous back-end deviations the past few months. I just call the DAL Crew #, enter my PIN, tell the machine I want to deviate and voilá, it's on my sked and I have fulfilled my obligation.

Glad someone responded. The pit is still there... just in email only format.

Just to clarify for everyone reading...the old email address is NOT used any more.

We now submit a pilot report to the sched committee via the ALPA website. https://www.alpa.org/dal/Pilot-Repor...-Feedback-Form
