Don't think this is correct. They automatically put NFLY on your schedule for the day of the shot and the next 2 days, regardless of when your shot is that day. ....At least that is what they did for me, albeit not a red-eye, but I don't think it matters
edit...Or...you may be absolutely correct if you get the shot on your own time after said red-eye....prolly has to do with when you notify them

Thanks Denny. Mine took about 4-5 days to hit my time card, but I did it at/through Delta.

I was released from a rotation at 9:30 am, got the shot at 10:30 am the same day. Had COVV on my schedule 3 days layer right above the pairing in MiCrew and it showed on my time card. No days were blocked off but they didn稚 know I got the shot until the next day.
Now, a question: I have my second shot scheduled. I知 getting it at 8:30 am on a Saturday and I have a trip with a report time of 14:15 on Monday, so essentially 54 hours after the shot. Will I still be able to fly this?
Next question: The first shot kicked my butt more than I thought it would. I needed the full 48 hours to recover. If this one kicks my butt more and I have to call in sick for that Monday rotation, will I still be paid the extra for scheduling my shot in a way that wasn稚 supposed to interrupt the operation?

Things have changed. They totally look at that time you get the shot now. They saw that I have 53 hours and expect me to fly it. No blocking of any days on my schedule.
