I'd like to thank everybody that replied to my thread. Much appreciated! There was some good info. I did hear back on the same topic from the ALPA Training Committee. Their response is consistent with most of the comments here. I'll summarize in case it's beneficial to somebody else:

1) Our PWA sucks with regard to training scheduling (my words and interpretation - not exactly what ALPA said).

2) Train After Junior Pilots cannot be rescinded.

3) Fear of losing a long-planned family vacation can cause a training delay of nearly one year, including associated pay an QOL implications. But it's a "choice." Yes, the PWA allows vacation cancellation for training, although the company shall make an effort not to do so.

4) ALPA cannot venture a guess at fleet training capacity. But they seem in tune withe the variables; specific to the 220, every month is expected to have fluctuating throughput during the next 12 months, as Delta ads training devices and utilizes offsite resources. Jet Blue in MCO was mentioned.

5) Once the training plan is posted, use the Training Days Off Form in iCrew to influence QOL; those requests are highly considered.
